In the age of the pandemic, when guest relations took place safely behind plexiglass, we were challenged to do things differently. Enter Moniqua Lane, an accidental hotelier who walked across a vacant parking lot to her law office each morning until one day she decided to leave the practice in pursuit of a different path.
