I’m back from 3 weeks vacation filled with rest, celebration, and time with some of my favorite people and my favorite band. Easing into my first week back at the office is a piece of cake, a slice of joy, and a warm heart. I love this work and adore each and every person who feels both comfort and transformation-as one client put it today-on my magical table. Many profound things have occurred this week and I’m grateful and pleased.

One thing to note about this review…they haven’t had back pain since their series…which was over a year ago

Structural Integration is a clothing on, movement oriented embodiment journey. Weiler is 14 today!! 11 years ago I adopted him as an approximately 3 year old rescue bub 🤗🐾🩷 Many of you have heard how serendipitously we were brought together. It was meant to be! Bubz is doing great, really great! We have a few smellathons a day, he’s still very agile, and he can even jump up on the couch still! He gets a breakfast treat every day and a pup cup with hidden treats every night. He’s a happy old man pookie. And he’s the perfect office bub, a total professional!! And has only farted in the office twice in the 11 months I’ve been in Bend 😆🤗😆 Happy adoptaversary + birthday to Bubs 💞🐾

It’s rare I have a cancellation but tis the season for illnesses to be making their rounds. Take care of yourselves and if you prefer I wear a mask while working (or if you need one) I have them in the office

I’ve found that the rare times I have space in my schedule it feels like universe simply insists I have a moment of space. And so…I’m getting in my steps, Weiler will get some extra smells along the river path, and I’ll take advantage of the rollers I have in my office that I recommend to all my clients 😇

Grateful for a high- five worthy session this morning, even Weiler got one! And always truly appreciate the moments of realization upon the faces of my clients when they realize…the work works.
