Prayers and good thoughts are so much appreciated for my unicorn best friend Dash Ta Cowboy who went into emergency surgery late this afternoon to repair an injury to his splint bone that he sustained a couple months ago. The hope was that it would continue to heal but it decided to take a turn today. 😵‍💫😭
I am so thankful to my team of vets, surgeons and the entire staff at Bend Equine Medical Center for fitting us in last minute and taking care of this once and for all..! He is home and recovering but he will be out for a few weeks. It’s not ideal but I am so thankful for his full recovery prognosis and we will get back to work asap. 🙏🙌💪🦄💗
