Community Team Throwdown // Saturday, June 13
Join us Saturday at 8, 9, and/or 10 AM for three unique in-house programmed and tested partner workouts designed to challenge, encourage, and bring our community together.
The workouts are built around two-person teams, but if you need a partner, we’ve got you covered. Sign up for one workout, two workouts, or all three, the choice is yours. We’ll run each session just like a regular Type 44 class, complete with coach-led warm-ups, movement prep, and workout briefings before it’s time to get after it. Come throw down, cheer people on, and enjoy a morning of fitness, teamwork, and community with your fellow Type 44 athletes.

For nearly 9 years, Brian has been part of the Type 44 community—first as a coach and always as a member.
If you know Brian, you know he has an incredible range of talents. Coffee roaster. Software engineer. Musician on both land and ocean. Adventurer. The guy seems to do it all.
Brian is a devoted husband, an amazing father, and the kind of person who makes a community stronger simply by showing up and being himself.
1,000 classes represents years of consistency, commitment, and investing in his health alongside the people around him. We’re grateful for the impact he’s had on Type 44 over the years and proud to celebrate this milestone with him.
Congratulations on 1,000 classes, Brian. Well earned. 👏
April didn’t just show up… it poured down commitment. ☔️💪
56 of you went above and beyond and hit that 16+ mark—absolute work. That’s not luck, that’s showing up when it’s easy and when it’s not.
Heck yeah is right. Keep stacking it. Built at 44º.
Valerie just hit 1,000 classes—and she’s been stacking wins the whole way.
A true wizard with numbers, she brings that same steady, dialed approach to her training. When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find her skiing, deadlifting, high-fiving through workouts at Type 44, kayaking and catching movies with her hubby.
1,000 classes = consistency in action. We’re lucky you do it here, Valerie.
