The Mountains Are Calling. The future of Western resort living is coming to Kirkland.

On September 22, Suncadia will bring the mountain lifestyle west for the Suncadia Showcase, an afternoon exploring resort real estate, development, custom homebuilding, and the forces shaping alpine communities across the Western U.S. and Canada.

The event will also mark the debut of the Western Alpine & Resort Real Estate Barometer, a new biannual thought-leadership initiative co-authored by Dean Jones, CEO of Realogics Sothebys Intl Realty, and Thomas Wright, CEO of Majestic Realty Group.

Industry leaders representing Suncadia, Whistler, Sun Valley, and the greater Puget Sound region, including BUILD partner 𝐍𝐖 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, will come together to discuss changing buyer preferences, lifestyle migration, development and infrastructure, housing supply, accessibility, and the evolving future of four-season resort communities.
