How does my Promo or Event Credit work? Your Promo or Event Credit is good towards the MSRP and sale prices on all glasses and accessories on the site. Simply enter the code in the box at checkout and we will automatically deduct the price of the products from your Promo or Event credit. If an item is on sale we will only deduct that sales price, giving you the ability to select even more of our incredible products. Full adventure chronograph sports or international class fashion watches are only available as a Special Bonus when selecting four sunglasses at one time. What is the quality of your products? Our products are crafted in many of the same state of the art factories that manufacture the leading brands that retail for $100-300 a pair. Our products meet or exceed the quality of those high priced products. What does the shipping and handling include? We charge 9.7% Shipping and Handling per item (charged against the MSRP, and not the sales price.) because we do not charge you for the products. Other companies take their cost of Shipping and Handling out of the retail prices of their products. There is a $9.90 minimum Shipping and Handling fee on all items, minimum $12.90 for watches. We use a professional shipping and handling company, Product Mailing Services whose website describes in detail their services to you. In general it includes First Class Mail, packaging, overhead and free exchange program. Can I exchange my products for Free if they are not just right for me? Your Shipping and Handling charge includes a free exchange program. Send them back with the new selection and we will process the exchange immediately for FREE. If you do not see anything you would like to exchange for, send them back and Product Mailing Services will refund 100% of your Shipping and Handling fee. How long will it take to receive my products? It takes 1-2 days to process your order in house. This includes credit card verification, address verification, and packing. From there it is an additional 3-5 business days for First Class USPS delivery. Often times we use UPS when it can get to you quicker. Over all, please allow as long as up to 7 business days for delivery. How do I know my product has been shipped? Immediately upon credit card verification we email you that your order has been initially processed. Once we have run it through our in house process and packaged your products you will receive a second email letting you know your package is shipping and should take about 5 business days for delivery. Why is the Shipping and Handling different for different products? It is because of the exchange program. The higher the MSRP (quality) of the product, the higher the cost to exchange it. We have processed thousands of orders with our superior quality products. We have consumer return survey cards that give our products the highest ratings of excellent. Complaints are generated, unfortunately, on the internet when the consumer gives us the wrong shipping address or wrong email information resulting in a delay of deliveries. In the worst cases if we fail to reach the consumer for these reasons they may post that they have been ripped off. This is absolutely never the case. Most complaints on the internet are from people that we have no record of ever ordering a product and are typically negative individuals or competitors.
