Did you ever wonder how a cap or shirt is embroidered? First the design needs to be put in digitized format the machine can read. This video shows a one head machined. Machines can be 12 or more heads! Caps are hooped on special brackets, loaded on the machine, thread colors have to be designated by operator as well as loaded on the embroidery machine. Short description but you can get the idea.
