“One of our destinations for this evening proved to be a pleasant surprise. A superbly cool, best-kept secret situated below street level in downtown Bend OR. This establishment was styled after the classic speakeasies. The culinary offerings we sampled consisted of appetizers: Cream Cheese Stuffed Cooked Dates, Seared Buttery Scallops with Mustard and Balsamic Sauce, Bacon Wrapped Asparagus accompanied by a savory sauce. The dishes were truly exceptional.
