This heart-centered evening blends gentle movement, Yoga Nidra, and energy medicine with crystals to bring deep rest, emotional balance, and energetic harmony. Together, we’ll release what’s complete, ground into the present moment, and open to the nurturing, intuitive energy of Cancer’s full moon - inviting a sense of peace and alignment as we cross the threshold into a new year.

The 20 hours of in person training include gongs and percussion, singing bowls, harmonium and handheld mobile instruments, voice and flute and the sequencing, theory, and structure to prepare you to be a spreader of peace through sound in this world.
