A Virtual training and wellness studio offering services ranging from personal training, nutritional counseling, yoga and small group fitness classes via zoom or at your home or venue. A virtual setting allows you to feel comfortable and safe in your space. I coach from a mentality of offering steps to begin where you are and progress from there.
