When buying a “flip” pay attention to little things! Be mindful of 💄 on a 🐷! Correctly remodeling a property can be extremely expensive and thus many investors will chose to cheaply cover up instead of fixing correctly. Putting on a new porch wasn’t in the budget on this remodel but when two pieces of trim, a little caulk and 6 nails are the only thing attaching it to the house, it’s a no brainer for SMITHred!
