Boundaries and healthy space within your life is a good thing.

But we have also, as a collective, started assuming that we need to “create” a life where we pretty much feel good pretty much all the time. And we think we need to keep changing outside energy and people and things to do it ..

Our kids, our spouse, our routine, our job, and how we interact with all these things, and how we want these things to behave and fall into step with OUR wants and needs. (But they are people too with different ideas and needs and wants and ideas yea ?! )

And I would say that it is healthy to build out certain things and to communicate and create boundaries and structure and to request different behavior out of someone when their actions may be causing you hurt or frustration- BUT… but I would also say it has its limitations.

We must couple that and marry it with an understanding and practice of creating inner peace for ourselves .. which comes from God .. but he’s already placed it in you .. you don’t have to go “fill up” on it .. you simply need to sit and be at peace .. and carry that with you. You’re already full of it .. because you’re full of the Glory of God. Don’t believe me ? - here’s a test .. are you breathing ? Do you feel? Love? Hate? Hurt? Happiness?

Have you ever seen a baby and felt that feeling that you only get when you see and hold a baby ? Or see a baby smile ?

Yea .. all Life .. and life and peace all comes from God .. if you believe God created this all then he is All and In all.. there is NO existence apart from him.. meaning .. he’s already in you dude.

So back to this “peace” ..

Carry it with you during the madness of the week … carry it with you when your husband is frustrating you, or your wife seems to be not understanding you.

Carry it with you when kids are trying your patience.

Carry it with you when your boss or co workers are irritating and your work place seems more like a war zone.

Peace.. truly comes from God… and God is truly already within you.

Life is life.

Life can be frustrating.

But it doesn’t have to be windfall and HUGE and heavy….

I think this is what it means when the book instructs: ”So do not worry about tomorrow; it will have enough worries of its own. There is no need to add to the troubles each day brings.“

We, as a species Tend to ADD TROUBLES because of our mind and feelings and emotions. Which cause incredible disruptions in our own happiness and peace as well as those closest to us. Namely our spouse and kids.
