Well, I learned a few things with this dish.👇🏻

1. This jjolmyeon recipe wasn’t as spicy as I was expecting, which is totally fine.

2. I picked up the wrong noodle. Went with a gummy green potato starch noodle versus a more traditional one with wheat, flour, and starch.

3. I undercooked the noodles and had to fire the water back up and cook longer.

4. The flavors are all there.

I’ll be making this again for sure, with the correct noodles…🙄
