I use an integrative approach, merging Behavioral, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Psychodynamic Orientations, with a particular emphasis on Adlerian Therapy. I find that when we become aware of how behaviors are conditioned, we develop introspection which leads to effective goals to eliminate negative behaviors while introducing new, positive behaviors.
