The Student and SAL Helpdesk will be closed and services will be unavailable June 20th through June 30th.
Beginning tonight, June 8, at 5:00 pm, the IT department has some emergency maintenance to perform on a network server. The work will be completed by 8:00 am on Tuesday, June 9.
The following services will not be available during this time:
MyWCC, Recover Password, some Flower reports, Class Cancellation, BudgetTool, Course Surveys, Schedule Search.
Subject: WCC and State computer system maintenance this weekend
The State Board for Community and Technical Colleges computer system will be down for maintenance Friday, Feb. 13, 5:00 p.m. to Tuesday, Feb. 17, 5:00 a.m. This will cause disruptions to the following systems and others:
Cashiering
Schedule changes
Degree Audit
Web access to all school websites
Financial Aid
Grading
Payroll
Transcripts unofficial and official
WAOL
Admissions
Registration
Payments
MyWCC
Library online databases
Canvas may be accessed directly during the outage at https://wcc.instructure.com/login
All systems are expected to be back in operation by Tuesday February 17 at 5:00am

It is the end of Fall Quarter!
During winter break the student helpdesk and student computer lab will be closed from Monday, December 8th until January 6th. Hope you all have a great break :)
