Sudden Valley Yoga

before relocating to Bellingham and Sudden Valley. My teaching foundation is in Iyengar yoga where I was introduced to valuable body alignment and a great many props. As I sought freedom of expression for myself, I added forms of Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga styles into my ongoing practice. These teachings awakened me to subtle energy flow, and most importantly breath. Woven together, in each class, along with breath work and meditation is the philosophy that we are our own best teacher. "Every movement has a breath, and every breath has a movement."
