Bornstein Seafoods is incredibly excited that our "Come Hell or High Water" Ocean Aged Whisky collaboration with Pilot House Distilling is introducing Batch #9! 🐟🥃✨

Each batch begins with Pilot House Distilling delivering barrels of A-O Whisky to our Astoria, Oregon docks. We hoist the barrels onto our commercial fishing partners' vessels, strap them down extra tight, and then send them off to find their sea legs. Each batch is unique and we think rather tasty!

We also think the bottle looks pretty spiffy on our bar cart – we'd like to thank Amy Bornstein Photo & Design for contributing this American Craft Spirits award-winning package design!

Bornstein Seafoods is pleased to announce their new seafood processing facility in Seward, Alaska. We are currently recruiting for the 2022 season which will run from Mid-March through the end of October. This is a thrilling opportunity to live in a beautiful location and help get our processing facility ready to serve the Alaska commercial fishing fleet.

Actualmente estamos reclutando para la temporada 2022 que se extenderá desde mediados de Marzo hasta finales de Octubre. Esta es una oportunidad emocionante para vivir en un hermoso lugar y ayudar a que nuestras instalaciones de procesamiento estén listas para servir a la flota pesquera comercial de Alaska.

The work is carried out in a plant with high humidity working conditions in the low temperatures of Alaska, an average working day is between 14 and 16 hours working standing a day for each week of 7 days of work.

We will provide the following:
✅ Transportation from the city of Seattle in Washington to our plant in Seward, Alaska
✅ Shared rooms for employees at a very low cost
✅ Food and laundry are at the expense of the company at no cost to the employee
✅ Hourly pay for this job is $15.85

✅ Valid passport and be available to travel by Plane to Alaska from Seattle
