Happy St. Patrick’s Day! We had a potluck that would make a leprechaun jealous. Our spread included corned beef, wagyu corned beef, Irish potato pancakes, Guinness brownies, green fruit/veggies, Colcannon, Irish cream cheese swirl brownies and Irish soda bread.
