We are pleased to announce the recipients of our most recent DIAMOND Leader Awards!
💠Abe Alvarez, director of Environmental Services, was nominated by a colleague who described how he goes above and beyond to help her department with a quarterly symposium: “When we think of Abe Alvarez, we think of a leader who consistently extends himself well beyond the expectations of his formal role ... Abe’s positivity, friendliness and unwavering support make him a true ambassador for our department and a valued partner to everyone involved.”
💠Rooney Maynard (not pictured), manager of central staffing & timekeeping, was also nominated by a coworker grateful for his help in transitioning to a new timekeeping system: "Despite having a ton on his own plate and trying to manage this situation for himself and his team, Rooney has still been available to help managers with our many questions."

We are proud to announce 3 phenomenal caregivers as the latest recipients of our DIAMOND Award, which celebrates support caregivers who exemplify compassion, dedication and extraordinary service.
💠Steve K., Food and Nutrition Services assistant, was nominated by a colleague who said his presence on her unit makes a meaningful difference every day: "He does not simply deliver trays, he delivers comfort, dignity and thoughtfulness with each interaction."
💠Kaeli J., chaplain, was nominated by a coworker who watched her showing extraordinary support and compassion to a young patient newly diagnosed with a serious illness: "The patient could not stop talking about how grateful she was to Kaeli and how much she gained from the visit."
💠Dulcey P. (not pictured), Emergency Department tech, was nominated by a peer who witnessed her interaction with a complex patient with extensive wounds and hygiene needs: "Dulcey helped preserve the patient's dignity and respect, ensuring the patient was cleaned thoroughly and treated with kindness during the entire time."
