Our Valentine's Cooking Class is just around the corner! There are only a couple spots left in the class, scheduled for Monday, February 13, from 6:30-8:30pm. Andy Nguyen of Chuckanut Manor will be making a Classic Cheese Fodue appetizer, Curried Seared Alaskan King Salmon as well as Flat Iron Steak and Frites entree, a Classic Sachertorte with Chocolate Spongecake, Apricot Preserves, and Chocolate Ganache, and champagne.

UPCOMING COOKING CLASSES
-Gluten Free Holiday Baking: Join us Saturday, December 3 from 12-2:30pm. Jane Moisey will be using alternative ingredients to make some fabulous dishes.
-Cookies, Cookies, and More Cookies: Beth Graet will be making and sharing some of her delicious cookies Saturday, December 10 from 12-2:30.

Barbs of Barbs Pies and Pastries in Ferndale, will be in the Pacific Chef Store for a cooking class This Saturday November 12th from 12:00-2:30. She will once again show us how to create some fabulous pies, delectable bread puddings and the ever so famous Bouche de Noel. This is truly a sweet treat not to be missed. Classes are filling up please call Jene at 360-676-1199 for reservations. Do come for great sweet treats, knowledge and great ambiance of the Pacific Chef Kitchen!

Everyday Elegance with Andy Nguyen
Andy Nguyen, Sous Chef of Chuckanut Manor will be here early on Sunday November 13th for a Sunday afternoon cooking class. His class will be held from 10:30-1pm. Chef Andy will be demonstrating plentiful ideas that you can WOW your guest this holiday season. Simple but elgegant. His 4-course menu (WOW) consist of Dungeness Crab Croquettes, Cured Salmon Roulade, Turkey Cordon Bleu and Poached Pears. Come enjoy a feast of flavors and take home some tips!
