While we aren't able to offer the Creativity for Coping series as regularly we are happy to announce an upcoming workshop in June!

Have you ever been curious about dance, movement, or flow? Join us on June 12th at 5:30 PM for a flow workshop and flow jam at the NAMI Whatcom Office.

Don't know what flow is or how to dance? Well this is the perfect opportunity to learn how movement can be a wonderful coping skill for mental health AND can even be a new favorite hobby.

This event is free and will have flow props provided to use but any monetary donations will go directly to continuing mental health resources, presentations, volunteers, events and so much more.

For more information reach out to our Peer Program Coordinator, Brylie, at [email protected].

See you there!
