Copycat Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole

This tastes just like the one from Cracker Barrel! 🙌 My go-to breakfast-for-dinner recipe that the whole family devours every time.

Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen shredded hashbrowns (30 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Spread into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
4. Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden and bubbly on top.
5. Let it rest 10 minutes before serving. Breakfast comfort at its best!

Crockpot Crack Chicken

This disappeared before I could even sit down! 😍 My family went crazy over this creamy, cheesy crockpot crack chicken. Perfect for busy nights and it makes the best sandwiches too!

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbles
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions:
1. Place chicken in the crockpot. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over it.
2. Add cream cheese and chicken broth.
3. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
4. Shred the chicken, stir in cheddar cheese and bacon.
5. Serve over rice, on buns, or with potatoes. Your family will beg for this again tomorrow!

Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Cheap ingredients… ridiculously good dinner! 🥔 This loaded baked potato soup is creamy, hearty, and tastes like a loaded potato in a bowl. Perfect for cold nights.

Ingredients:
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled & diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- Bacon, green onions & sour cream for topping

Instructions:
1. Cook potatoes and onion in broth until soft (about 15 minutes).
2. Add cream of chicken soup and cream cheese. Stir until melted.
3. Use a potato masher to make it chunky or creamy — your choice!
4. Stir in cheddar cheese.
5. Top each bowl with bacon, green onions, and extra cheese. Your family will fight over the leftovers!
