Don't forget about your spices!
There are so many unused seasoning spices that go out with the cold before they get a chance to make it into those infinite jars you keep saving for a rainy day. Great use for the old gelato tups or the empty seasoning jars in those corners of your top cupboard!
We just did our apple mint for mock/cocktail garnish, sage for all the pastas n fish, and parsley for well, everything. Also a little basil mixer.
🌞 Some hot n dry tips: If you have a food dehydrator, most herbs go nice crisp for 4-6 hours on 110°F. Berries and frutas, 130°F for 6-8 hours.
If you have an oven that goes that low (you're lucky), that should work too on a convection current.
