It’s so nice when that perfect spot comes up for a client and I get the opportunity to guide them through the buying process. This one had some hurdles, but luckily my client was amazing and really wanted this home.

Beau is sad to be home now without a stable of four wheelers to ride. -yes helmets were worn. Sunscreen was applied. Speed limits were adhered to 😉
