Can Seattle's market keep up this growth? 01/19/2018

The hot question on everyone's mind: Will the Seattle housing market slow down in 2018?

There's no denying that Seattle's housing market is really hot right now, but is this a housing bubble that is going to pop in 2018?

To be honest it's not looking like it, which is a view that many brokers share as we head into 2018. That being said we are hoping that prices at least begin to level off more as we get further into 2018.

If you're waiting for the bubble to pop before looking into buying yourself some real estate, I wouldn't get your hopes up.

However, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. If the Seattle housing market truly isn't overly inflated, we can take that as a indication that real estate in the Seattle area will continue to be a sound long-term investment.

Next week I will be sitting down with a good friend of mine Tyler Vander Boegh with Penrith Loans to discuss some of the great home buyer loan programs available, which I will be posting a mini-series about. Stay tuned!

Can Seattle's market keep up this growth? If Seattle's going to slow down over the next year, will it be a burst or a dribble?
