Join us this Sunday, March 30th at 3pm as we host a special showing of the documentary “God & Country” — a film that discusses the emergence of Christian Nationalism and its close relationship with far-right politics in the United States. Featuring leading Christian thinkers, the documentary questions what happens when a faith centered on love, sacrifice, and forgiveness becomes entangled with power, money, and hyper-nationalism.

We believe watching this film together as a community is especially timely as we navigate today’s sociopolitical climate and engage in our current sermon series, Revelation: Following Jesus in the Face of Empire.

After the documentary, we’ll share a community dinner and discussion. RSVP at link in bio to join us for this important conversation.

Join us this evening for an intimate Ash Wednesday gathering at 4 Tomorrow Safe Parking. The evening will begin with a community dinner at 5 PM, followed by a time of reflection, sharing, and the imposition of ashes.

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, a 40-day season of prayer, fasting, repentance, charity, and preparation for the coming of Easter.

For those unable to join us in person, we invite you to observe Ash Wednesday at home with family, friends, or your Co-op. Our Lent Resource Guide at commongood.church/lent includes a guided at-home interactive Ash Wednesday meditation and liturgy, designed for use with your Ash Wednesday Take-Home Kit.

To support you on your 40-day Lenten journey, we’ve created a Lent Resource Guide at commongood.church/lent with a variety of resources, articles, and devotionals to engage with individually, with your family, or in a small group.

May this Lenten season be a time to pause, reflect, and deepen your relationship and love for God, yourself, and others. 🖤
