Exciting milestone at Cooper Landing! DOWL is proud to work with Alaska DOT&PF on this multi-phase Cooper Landing Bypass project which has reached new heights with the recent launch of the monumental Juneau Creek Bridge. This innovative bridge launching method moved the assembled 1,095-foot steel structure across the canyon, creating Alaska's longest launched bridge. It is also now the state’s highest crossing at 285 feet. Here's to safer, smoother travel on the Sterling Highway and a lasting legacy in Alaska infrastructure!
