Genuinely so happy for this first-time homebuyer 🙌

When we first started, a small mistake with paying off student loans impacted what he could qualify for, and we spent time looking at homes in the $475k–$515k we actually put an offer on the first house we toured but couldn’t get the seller to agree to terms. After just a few showings in the new range, he quickly realized he didn’t want to miss out on the first home that caught his eye in this price range. We moved quickly, got in at the perfect time, and secured it at $575k with a 3% seller credit. He’s walking into his new home with about $23k to close 🤝
