Base fee:
A) Foursome – $450.00

Individual – $125.00
If you do not have a foursome, but would like to be paired up with one or two other players, please add them as a Guest on the registration form. C) Lunch and Awards Dinner Only – $35.00
This registration option is for people not participating in the Golf Tournament but would like to attend the Lunch and Awards Dinner. Please add additional names as Guests on the registration form. D) Discounted Sponsors Foursome – $400.00
