Patio Resurfacing Option That Saves Big

If you are looking to reduce cost, resurfacing is a great way to eliminate that ugly concrete pour that did not turn out right without tearing everything out.

We use ReCap, an excellent concrete resurfacing system designed to restore and modernize worn or uneven slabs.

Process
• Full surface grind
• Thorough pressure wash
• Bonding primer applied to ensure proper adhesion
• Surface leveled and repaired with specialty repair mortar
• ReCap coating installed for a smooth, uniform finish

This option typically runs about 60 percent of the cost of new concrete, making it a smart alternative when the slab is structurally sound but visually rough.
