I resolve to see myself as worthy.
I resolve to show up when I am uncomfortable.
I resolve to make amends without excuses.
I resolve to notice the experience of others.
I resolve to find my voice.
I resolve to feel all the joy and grief of my season.
I resolve to dream and believe in a new beginning.

Before you resolve to lose 20 pounds, reorganize your whole house, or adopt a new routine that promises to fix all your problems, listen closely --- You're enough without the latest trend or hack. You don't need more on your plate. Start within. Resolve to heal the places that still ache. Resolve to right the wrongs. Will you resolve to make the most of 'your one wild and precious life?'
