Depression can look different for everyone. Having a depressive episode is more than just feeling down or having the blues. Have these symptoms lasted for longer than 3 weeks?

• Persistent sadness or low mood,
• Loss of interest in things that were previously enjoyed
• Trouble falling asleep, or waking too often or early

These may be symptoms of a depressive episode.
