Our head chef, Tim Lane, spent nearly a decade studying authentic Italian cuisine in some of the finest Italian restaurants in Rome. After visiting Boston, he discovered that some of America’s most authentic Italian cuisine can be found in the North End, as well as some of the freshest seafood. The authenticity of Boston Italian dining in the North End is what inspired Ellera Restaurant and we are excited to bring these unique dining experiences to the Austin area for you to enjoy.
