Something To Do

Head on over to Somewhere To Go Cafe' for something tasty for lunch and ask them about their DisneyWorld trip!

While there is still plenty to do in the area, Somewhere To Go Cafe' will be closed all next week for a well deserved vacation! Make sure to stop in on Monday the 13th to welcome them home and to get your tummy filled!

Due to a big celebrity coming to town there may be additional traffic and road closures.

Saturday, December 3rd is a big day in Town. Between the Christmas Classic and Parade, the streets will be busy.

If you're blocked in and need to get to Hardee's for that super sausage biscuit, you may have to wait and get a burger once the roads open back up. Please let anyone know that may need this information, about the following road closures.

The following roads will be closed from approximately 8:30am-10am for the Christmas Classic.
Oakwood St, Longwood Ave towards Peaks St to Whitfield Dr and back to Oakwood St. ( “The Loop”)

For the Christmas parade, if you have business in Town you will need to get in and out by 10:30am. Depending on how the flow of the parade and how many participants there will be, will determine the length of time the following roads are closed.

College/Peaks St towards N. Bridge St, E Main St. towards South St, Washington St. to Center St., W Main St. to 4th St.
