Assisting the director in a small but busy in-home daycare.Working primarily with our mixed toddler and preschooler group.Lead craft time and sensory activities.Some household duties such as kitchen clean up and clean up after activities.Assisting the director with babies as well when needed,mainly with diaper changing.We currently have 5 kiddos under two so that's a lot of diapers!Assisting with potty training as well.Help plan parties and theme weeks.Can be physically demanding but so much fun!
