In addition to educating our members on the current laws in Oregon we are lobbying on the state and local levels to help protect our members’ best interest when new laws are written. Our mission is to provide our members with the tools to support their commitment to professionalism in the management of their properties and businesses. Even though it may take a little more work and cost slightly more upfront, our belief is that “doing things right” increases profitability in the long run and minimizes the headaches and potentially significant expense associated with problem tenants. We are committed to providing our members with the resources and information necessary to achieve this goal.
