Join Dr Ben Burton and Founder of Kove Yoga Tara Hansen as they discuss hyper-mobility. Dr Ben will explain what hyper-mobility is, signs of hyper-mobility, and what you can do about it. Tara will address signs of hyper-mobility in yoga poses, which poses we find the most range with muscles and joints, how to control this range of motion with muscle stability, and how to know the edge of stretch and over stretching.
