As our senior cadets prepare for graduation, our hearts turn to the years we’ve shared; the early mornings, the long practices, the victories earned, the setbacks survived, and the countless moments that shaped them into the leaders they are today. Each of you arrived as individuals, unsure of your place, unsure of your strength. But together, you became something extraordinary.

Levin, Emma, Sandra, Jackson, Seth, Braden, Boyce, Kurt, Caleb, Madelyn, Nick, Jacob, Jake, Ehrin, Gianna, Duncan, Carter, Laine, and Nate ... you are not just names we call out at formation. You are the stories we will tell for years. You are the memories that will echo in these halls long after you walk across that stage. You are the heartbeat of this battalion.

We watched you grow.
We watched you struggle.
We watched you rise.
And somewhere along the way, you stopped being “cadets” and became family.

You led with courage when others needed direction.
You stood tall when the standard felt heavy.
You carried each other through moments no one else saw ... the doubts, the laughter, the whispered encouragement before stepping onto the drill floor or into life’s next challenge.

You built friendships that turned into bonds, and bonds that turned into a family that will last long after the uniforms are folded away.

We will miss you, more than you know.
We will miss your voices, your presence, your leadership, your grit, your humor, your heart.
But we will never forget the impact you made. You changed this program. You changed each other. You changed us!

Your journey now stretches beyond these walls, toward new challenges waiting to be faced and conquered. And you will conquer them, because you already have. You’ve proven your strength, your resilience, your character. You’ve proven that you can rise to any standard placed before you.

Wherever you go, whatever you do, remember this:

You will always have a home here.
You will always be part of this family.
And we will always be proud of who you have become.

As you step into the world, may you walk with courage that does not waver, with integrity that does not bend, and with a sense of purpose that does not fade.

May you face every challenge with the same fire you carried here.
