Students enrolled in the cohort model work on campus at Geneva in assistantships, completing contextualized learning hours in various positions on campus alongside coursework. For people already working in other contexts, we also offer an institutes model, where students may take courses via the summer institute (2 weeks in une) and/or winter institute (1 week in January) and complete the coursework throughout the year--a distance learning program with a short residential component. Many of our students hold full-time positions at institutions all around the country, making our institutes a great environment to learn from colleagues around the country as well as from the course content.
