Yes, we DO repairs covered by insurance. Many folks come to us because they feel the insurance company has "low balled" them with their settlement. NEWSFLASH!! We can prepare documents to get all related damages that the insurance company left off their estimate so that your car is properly repaired and NOT just patched up.

It has come to my attention that some of you do not realize that Sata Collision works on vehicles involved with insurance claims on a regular basis. In Texas, the owner of the vehicle, BY LAW, has the right to say where they want to have THEIR car, truck, or S.U.V. repaired. Most insurance companies typically work out agreements with the larger repair shops whereby THE INSURANCE COMPANY gets discounts and supposedly preferential treatment at that shop when you take your car there. Early in the claims process, insurance reps will put the "hard sell" on you to take your vehicle to their "preferred shop" ; so you can expect that to happen. At Sata Collision, we pass on any discounts that can be given to our customers and NOT to the insurance company. Because we do not work on 60-100 or more vehicles at the same time like the large shops do, we can give ALL vehicles preferential treatment at this shop. It's YOUR choice...You can let the insurance company "strong-arm" you into going to THEIR shop, or you can bring it to a shop who will provide you with high quality repairs and provide you with personalized service at a reasonable price.
