Mark your calendars for International Pilates Day! On Saturday, May 2nd, we’re opening the doors at CHRISTUS HWC for three special sessions open to the public.
If you’ve been wanting to try mat Pilates, this is the perfect time to come in and see what it’s about.

8:30 am | Mat Pilates: Build a long, lean core and improve your alignment.
9:30 am | Power Pilates: A high-intensity, advanced class using weights and bands.
10:30 am | Core Vitality: Focused on core strength and balance for any age.
