We are seeking a receptionist for an immediate, long-term position with a well-established company in Beaumont. This role is the first point of contact and includes answering and routing calls promptly, screening calls, assisting customers, and managing front office access. Responsibilities include processing payments, entering new jobs and accounts, maintaining accurate records, generating and assigning work orders, managing phone systems, updating the No-Go list, filing and scanning documents in MicroKey, handling cancellations, distributing mail, and securing the office at closing. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with starting pay at $15.00 per hour.
