I also write novels that are not suitable for children so I use the pen name Mel Shore to avoid confusion. I'm currently working on revising my 2 book series called Deadly Obsessions. When I wrote Red Can be Deadly, it was supposed to be a standalone novel. However, chapter 1 didn't really fit so I removed it and made it into another novel. I reread both novels and decided to make some revisions before adding book 3 in the series. Stay tuned

I just updated the cover for book 1 in my Sammy series. I noticed that no one seemed to like the original but I couldn't understand why. When I compared it to my other books I realized that it was a lot darker so I decided to make it much lighter, especially the background and the rocks on the ocean floor.
