Over my career, I have brokered over 700 real estate transactions totaling over $150,000,000 in sales volume. In addition to client representation, I have over 15 years of experience in personal real estate investing. This includes ownership in rental properties (residential, multi-family, commercial), land development and property flipping projects. For the past 10 years I have consulted a barge company on their river frontage leasing and land acquisitions.
