Register for LATAN's Assistive Technology Spotlight Series

You are invited to join LATAN for our Assistive Technology Spotlight Series, a virtual series of 30-minute demonstrations highlighting assistive technology that can support independence, communication, safety, and everyday living.

Sessions will be held at 10:30am every Thursday from July 9 through September 10, 2026, and will feature a different assistive technology device or solution each week.

• September 3 – Eye Gaze Technology

• September 10 – ElliQ Social Companion Robot

These sessions offer an opportunity to learn about assistive technology solutions and their practical applications. Attendees will gain a better understanding of available technologies and how they may be used to address a variety of needs across home, school, work and in community.

Eligible participants include Louisiana residents with disabilities or functional limitations, organizations that support them, and their employers. Devices may be borrowed for a small fee.
