▪️Provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring in assigned subjects.

▪️Support students with homework, test prep, and skill building.

▪️Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning.

▪️Adapt teaching strategies to meet different learning needs.

▪️Track student progress and communicate with program coordinators.

▪️Conduct student assessments to develop and implement a customized learning program that addresses individual needs and academic progress.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

▪️Strong knowledge in at least one subject area (Math, Science, Reading/ELA, English).

▪️Tutoring, mentoring, or teaching experience preferred.

▪️Excellent communication and organizational skills.

▪️Ability to motivate and inspire students.
