To the week after my last contest in 2018. Photo shoot with Here I weighed just shy of 200lbs and had a contest stage weight of 192lbs.

Thanks to everyone for the continued support… with your help I was able to make the top 15. Now on to the top 10!

Killing the garage training! Chasing that leg pump… back up to 275lbs for 15 today… starting to feel easy again.

Happy Mommy day to you Babe! I could go on and on about all you do above what’s needed. You make life all that much easier! I love you.

I felt like skipping today… then I remembered that results don’t happen by accident.
