Last Saturday at The Red Shoes, we became artists of the wild with Veronica, crafting nature paintings. We let the magic of intuition and the accidental dance of watercolor lead us to our masterpiece!

Join us for an evening of joyful, meditative community drumming at The Red Shoes. No experience is needed—just come as you are.
Bring a drum or rattle if you have one. If not, a simple homemade rattle (like a water bottle filled with pebbles or beans) works perfectly.

We are filled with gratitude for Lesley Kernan and everyone who joined us for Dance Oracle at The Red Shoes this afternoon.
Through movement, reflection, and the wisdom of oracle cards, Lesley guided us in creating personal movement mantras: embodied reminders of the intentions, strengths, and truths we want to carry forward. It was a beautiful experience of listening to our bodies, trusting our intuition, and connecting with one another in a spirit of play and discovery.
Thank you, Lesley, for sharing your gifts and creating such a meaningful space for our community. We left inspired, energized, and more deeply connected to ourselves.
