ABS' Team members work closely with Designers, Architects, Contractors, Owners, Facility Managers, and Distributors helping to find solutions to their project needs with our manufacturers' building products. We provide project leads to subcontractors and general contractors for projects bidding. We also provide quick “spec checks” where we review specifications and finish schedules prior to projects’ bid dates to help make sure project managers have pricing for the desired products bidding. We often offer Value Engineering, cost saving solutions over products specified to get the most "bang for your buck". Upon the contract being awarded to the subcontractor, we put submittal packages together to make sure the desired products are submitted in a timely manner.
