4. Insulation: Insulating the attic and subfloor with closed-cell spray foam to enhance energy efficiency, reduce heating and cooling costs, and improve comfort.
5. Interior Finishing: Replacing and finishing sheetrock, painting walls and ceilings, and updating trim to restore the home’s appearance while ensuring an airtight and clean interior.
This renovation process eliminates mold, resolves humidity issues, seals the building envelope, and insulates the entire home, creating a healthier, more comfortable, and energy-efficient living space.
